Do I need an account to report an issue?
No. Reporting is anonymous-friendly — just describe the issue and leave your contact details so the council can follow up.
How do I track my report?
Every submission gets a reference number like MAH-2026-00042. Enter it on the Track a Ticket page to see the latest status any time.
What can I report?
Anything the council handles — street lighting, roads & drainage, waste, mosque upkeep, the harbour, parks and more. Pick the closest category, or use "Other".
Will I be notified of updates?
The council records every status change on your ticket's timeline. Email and SMS notifications are coming soon.
Is my information kept private?
Your contact details are used only by the council to follow up on your report.
